Return Policy

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Returns are only considered within 30 days of shipment.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service for Preapproval
    Email Customer Service at taylorcustomerservice@fluidra.com referencing your “Order Number” from the packing slip.
    All returns require preapproval. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued once the return is approved. Returns received without an authorized RMA number will not be processed.
  2. Prepare the Shipment
    • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton on at least two sides.
    • Items must be returned in unused, resalable condition.
    • Customers are responsible for repackaging items in their original packaging.
    • If original packaging is not available, items must be packed in a double-walled outer carton to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Inspection, Fees & Credits
    • All returned items will be inspected prior to processing.
    • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns unless the product was shipped in error by Taylor.
    • Physically damaged products will not be accepted.
    • If a credit is due, it may take up to two (2) weeks after receipt of the returned merchandise and completion of inspection for the credit to be issued.
