An equally important aspect is our commitment to the well-being of our employees and the community. We are working diligently to meet the current projected demand for our products while holding employee safety as the top priority.
Taylor's leadership team has enacted a plan to maintain continuity in employment and operations. We are educating our workforce on proper precautionary actions under guidance from the World Health Organization, Center for Disease Control, local municipalities, and the federal government. Further preventative measures include: restricting travel and office visits (this includes suspending customer pick-ups), restricting attendance at off-site trade shows and conferences, and preparing our employees to transition to work remotely (this includes our customer service department).
We intend to maintain full business operations; our phones will be answered, and your orders will be processed and fulfilled. Our team is flexible and will continue seeking solutions that prioritize customer satisfaction and employee health. If there are changes in production or delivery, we will notify our customers immediately.
