Neither Taylor Technologies, our employees, nor our vendors may be held liable for any lost profits or any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of these images or product descriptions, however arising (including negligence). Appropriate written notice of Taylor’s ownership of these copyrighted materials must be plainly stated to prevent any third party from appropriating these materials without first obtaining permission directly from Taylor Technologies.
